Shipping & Returns
All enfusia.com orders will be shipped via FedEx, unless you have a P.O. Box. In that case, we will ship via USPS and refund any extra shipping charges if there is a difference in your favor. We only ship to US addresses at this time. Shipping costs are determined via weight of the products. Please choose FedEx Ground only for commercial addresses. We do not offer overnight or expedited shipping unless specially requested. If you need something shipped overnight, please contact us directly at (866) 681-0732 during business hours (8:30-4:30 CST Mon-Thurs) and we will collect payment for your upgraded shipping and ensure we can fulfill your shipping request.
We will process your order as quickly as possible. Orders received before 12 PM Mon-Fri will usually ship out same-day. Typical time from order to ship is 1-2 business days. We will contact you via your email provided with your order if there will be any further delay. Large volume orders may face delays. Many products are hand made and require time for drying & curing (particularly bath bombs) and this may cause delays. You will receive a shipping notification via email from FedEx when your order has been picked up and is en route to you!
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! However, we understand that sometimes a product will not be what you wanted or expected. In that case, please call us at (866) 681-0732 or email us at email@example.com to discuss what products you are looking to return and we will promptly issue a refund.
Refunds requested within 30 days of purchase will receive a full refund to your original credit card. Refunds requested more than 30 days after purchase will be refunded in the form of store credit.
